Frozen Peach Bourbon Slush: 3-Ingredient Easy Summer Drink

  • Author: Emma
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

A refreshing, boozy summer cocktail made with frozen peaches, bourbon, and sugar-free lemonade mix. This simple three-ingredient slush is tart, sweet, and incredibly easy to blend in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups frozen peach slices (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 1 packet sugar-free lemonade mix (approx. 30g)
  • 1 bunch fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Ice (optional, depending on peach texture)
  • Lemon wedge (for rimming, optional)
  • Simple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Prep your garnish by running a lemon wedge around the rim of tall glasses and dipping them in sugar. Place a sprig of mint in each glass and set aside.
  2. Add the frozen peach slices, bourbon, and sugar-free lemonade mix to a high-speed blender. Add optional ice if the peaches are not frozen solid.
  3. Pulse the blender a few times to break up the fruit, then blend on high for 60-90 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and thick.
  4. Taste the slush and adjust if necessary: add lemon juice or salt if too sweet, or more peaches/ice if too thin.
  5. Pour the slush immediately into the prepared glasses. Top with a fresh mint sprig and lemon wedge. Serve right away to prevent melting.

Notes

Do not use fresh peaches as they contain too much water and will make the slush watery. For best texture, use rock-hard frozen peach slices. If your blender is not high-speed, let the peaches thaw for 10 minutes before blending. This drink does not store well; serve immediately. For a non-alcoholic version, omit the bourbon and add a splash of vanilla extract or extra lemonade mix.
