Frozen Caramel Apple Margarita: Easy 3-Ingredient Cocktail

  • Author: Emma
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 4-6 servings 1x

Description

A quick, 5-minute frozen cocktail that combines tequila, apple cider, and caramel syrup for a sweet, tart, and icy cold autumn drink. It is simple to make, budget-friendly, and crowd-pleasing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 cups (360ml) Blanco Tequila
  • 2 cups (480ml) Apple Cider (cloudy, unfiltered)
  • 1 cup (240ml) Caramel Syrup (thinned with water if necessary)
  • 0.5 cup (120ml) Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4 cups (1kg) Ice
  • Coarse sea salt or turbinado sugar for rimming (optional)
  • Apple slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rim wide-rimmed glasses by running a lime wedge around the edge and dipping into salt or sugar. Set aside.
  2. Combine tequila, apple cider, lime juice, and caramel syrup in a high-speed blender.
  3. Add 4 cups of ice to the blender.
  4. Pulse briefly to break up ice, then blend on high until the mixture is smooth and slushy.
  5. Taste and adjust: add more lime juice if too sweet, or more caramel if too tart.
  6. Pour into prepared glasses and garnish with thin apple slices.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh lime juice for best flavor. If caramel sauce is cold, warm it slightly in the microwave to ensure it blends smoothly. For a non-alcoholic version, substitute tequila with extra apple cider. To keep the drink cold without dilution, chill glasses in the freezer beforehand or freeze apple cider into cubes.
